Views was submitted under the Microsoft Research (Europe) RFP for Rotor projects in April 2002. It won a grant (one of 43 out of 120 applications) and participated in the Rotor RFP activities up until the final workshop in Seattle in September 2003. Microsoft has also supported the accompanying project, the development of the C# Concisely textbook by Bishop and Horspool, and its accompanying website.
The South African Department of Trade and Industry, through the Nation
Research Foundation (NRF), has matched
the industry funding for this project from 2002. More details of our full
